You may use your personal browser or an ftp client of your choice using the following information

Address: ftp.pgimages.net
UserName/ID: dtpjob
Password: pgmagic
(All information you enter must be in lower case)

Save all files to be submitted in one folder
Label folder with company name
File or folder should be compressed into a .zip (PC) or a .sit (Mac) file before uploading
Drag and drop file/s in the "Uploads" folder
Once upload is complete, please notify us by email at graphics@pgimages.net that the file is ready for download, including the name of the file and your contact information.

Please be informed that files will not be processed until we receive an email notifying us that the files are completely uploaded to our server. Thank you!

Submitted file/s should be in one of the following layout formats, and compressed either as a .zip (PC) or .sit (Mac) file:

PDFx-1a
InDesign (Packaged, with .pdf included)
EPS files (vector)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

All images/photos must be in CMYK format
All images must be of high resolution - 300dpi (no .jpegs pirated from websites)
PDFx-1a files must have crop marks with .125 bleeds
InDesign file(s) must be "Packaged" along with the fonts and images
EPS file must have all fonts outlined
NO RGB colors accepted
Spot colors must be specified (CMYK must be converted to PMS colors)
Images/photos must not exceed the ink limit of 300%
Files names should not be longer than 10 characters. No spaces nor symbols.
Whenever possible, please use Open Type fonts
Native Files should be accompanied by a press quality .PDF
Send files compressed in .zip (PC) or .sit (Mac) formats, PDF included
